30 Day Return Policy
It is important to us that your new glasses look great and feel comfortable. If you are unhappy with your selection and wish to return or exchange them, you are welcome to do so within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund or exchange on eyewear and accessories returned within 30 days in the condition in which they were sent.
Simply place the merchandise in a box or padded envelope with a note detailing whether you would like to exchange or return and send it back to us! Please note, we do not refund shipping fees and your account will be credited after we receive your package.
Lifetime Warranty
All Amy Sacks frames come with a lifetime warranty on breakage. Amy Sacks Eyewear and Accessories will repair or replace your frames for a shipping and handling fee of $8.50.
Simply place the broken merchandise in a box or padded envelope with a note detailing the damage and send it back to us! Please note, we will send you a new pair, only after we receive your return.
If you need lenses replaced in your existing pair of reading glasses you can return the frames to our office location and we can make new lenses to fit your frames for a minimal fee of $23.50.

Otherwise, shipping rates within the continental are based on package weight.
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands require and additional $15.
International rates — minimum $35.00, additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
