30 Day Return Policy

It is important to us that your new glasses look great and feel comfortable. If you are unhappy with your selection and wish to return or exchange them, you are welcome to do so within 30 days of purchase.

Please note, we are unable to refund original shipping charges and your account can only be credited after we have received the return. Exchanges are subject to reshipment fee of $8.50.

Lifetime Warranty

All Amy Sacks frames come with a lifetime warranty against breakage. Amy Sacks Eyewear will repair or replace (at our discretion) your frames for a shipping and handling fee of $8.50.

Simply place the broken frame in a box or padded envelope with your contact information and a description of the damage and send it back to us! Please note, we can only send a replacement pair after we receive your return.

Stock reading lenses can be replaced in any Amy Sacks frame for a fee of $15.00 + shipping and handling. Please contact us for shipping rates on multiple pairs.

International rates — minimum charge $35.00. Any additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
